The biggest difference: water and a map

At teamLab Planets, you take off your shoes at the lockers and walk barefoot. Some artworks are in water, so you also take off socks or stockings.

The route is one path, so you will not get lost.

At teamLab Borderless, there is no map. Artworks move out of their rooms and mix with other works.

You choose your own way, and you may find a different room each time.
